Why and what for should we develop teams?

Supporting teams in their growth and development is something I truly care about. I help teams unlock their potential and resources, uncover and resolve barriers or sources of conflict, and strengthen their team spirit with intention and focus.

As a trained mediator, I can confidently guide even demanding and tension-filled situations.

In a world of constant change, teams need the ability to navigate uncertainty and realign themselves again and again. Team coaching helps develop these capacities: it creates a safe space to surface tensions, connect diverse perspectives, and find shared direction.

That’s why I believe team development is not a “nice-to-have,” but an absolute “must-have.” It’s a key part of responsible leadership and should be anchored as a regular part of every business year.

I support teams in their development — in person, hybrid, and virtual, often over many years..


My team coachings are like a PIT STOP: a moment to pause, step back, and look at collaboration from an outside perspective. We create a safe space where individual contributions to the team become visible and open for discussion.

By shifting perspectives, teams can better understand the diversity within their members. This helps unlock individual potential and fosters mutual appreciation.

And one thing is crucial: IT SHOULD BE FUN! Playful experiences make team dynamics tangible and create room for reflection. I coach teams indoors and outdoors — on mountain huts, in nature, or in a classic seminar room. In person, virtual, and hybrid — in German or English.

My team coachings are always tailor-made. Having an external coach helps avoid role conflicts (especially in leadership), makes it easier to address sensitive topics, and brings clarity and productivity to the way teams work together.
