KAOS stands for Katrin Ostermeier - and for chaos as a source of possibilities and potential. As a Business Coach, I see myself as a sparring-partner - helping people navigate chaos, discover their resources, and unlock their full potential at work.
I encourage people to make thoughtful decisions and tackle challenges with confidence. I support leaders to bring modern, authentic leadership to life — offering their teams clear direction while creating space for growth and development.
While most of my clients come from organisations, I also enjoy working with private individuals on professional and career-related topics.
I work in a coaching space in Munich, at my clients’ locations, and I’m also happy to meet virtually.
For me, coaching is a collaborative journey - in a safe space to foster self-reflection, open up new perspectives, and work through concrete challenges. I don’t see myself as a consultant handing out ready-made solutions from the outside, but as a neutral partner and supporter. My role is to offer impulses and feedback that bring clarity and help my clients strengthen their ability to take action.
The word COACH originally comes from the idea of a “coachman” — someone who takes passengers to their desired destination. That’s exactly what coaching is about: helping people reach their goals more effectively, sustainably, and with greater impact.
Every coaching process has a clear objective and takes place within an agreed framework. Coaching is not therapy and does not delve into deep psychological root causes.

For me, chaos isn’t a threat — it’s a powerful source of energy. It sparks movement, uncovers hidden talents, and inspires new ideas. The true art is finding a sensible balance between chaos and order — staying flexible, curious, and forward-looking.
Chaos simply means a state of confusion and lack of order — the opposite of cosmos, or harmony. KAOS stands for both: the ability to bring order into chaos and build new structures, and the courage to shake up old patterns so fresh perspectives and new connections can emerge.
Especially in times of change, it’s about trusting your own strengths and shaping transformation consciously. That also means letting go — of systems, structures, and sometimes long-held beliefs.I support my clients in taking that courageous leap and turning change into opportunity.
In my coachings I support my clients in taking that leap and turning change into opportunity.
