In my coaching processes we use chaos as a creative space for development. I encourage people to see chaos as an opportunity - as a source of possibilities and potential. For only out of chaos can a new order (a new "cosmos") emerge.

To me, development is clearly a question of attitude. During the time of cooperation, I see myself as a sparring partner and as an extended team member for my customers. The chemistry must be right.
